Gerhard founded Proxy Systems in 1998 with a vision of providing superior products and services to companies, while maintaining the utmost in integrity and professionalism. His vast experiences in the Technology forum range from hands-on technology integration and implementations, Software Development, IT Management roles, to Principle Consultant, spanning industries in Financial, Healthcare, Transportation and Utilities.
Gerhard’s focus in business development is to ensure unprecedented technology offerings to fill the needs companies require. While seeing technology being forced in business practices in previous corporate positions, he wanted to take a different approach, where listening to needs and satisfying them with proven technology. Too often Technology firms push technology without listing to the needs of the business.
Gerhard holds an assortment of Industry certifications covering operating systems, storage solutions, security architecture and software development. Having been involved in extensive implementations of Storage SAN solutions, Firewall architecture and policy development, system rollouts and renewal, disaster recovery policy development and testing, and Enterprise Backup solutions, Gerhard brings a wealth of hands-on experience and methodology in directing companies towards enterprise technological stability and security.

Candida Seasock is Chief Operations Officer of Proxy Technology Partners, an Information Technology company, dedicated to aligning emerging technologies specific to the clients business focus.
Her titles have ranged from Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer and Partner. Her industry focus has centered on commercial markets, including financial services, health care, insurance, and manufacturing and retail. Her career is built on a strong reputation in the Information Technology business community. She has proven experience in strategic consulting to support complex infrastructure from strategic planning in such the areas as; CRM, ERP and ASP, and applications specific to cross-industry.
Candida is known for maintaining long-term relationships as clients’ trusted advisor on business technology challenges for Fortune 1000 and mid-size companies. She understands go-to-market business cycle for emerging technologies needs, and has been involved in integrations encompassing Security, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Data), Outsourcing, Applications, Document Management for several industries.
Mrs. Seasock earned her Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from Rutgers University in 1981, where she is an actively involved as alumni.
Her vision pivots around successful business strategy; such as:
- Uncompromising attention to clearly understanding her clients’ needs and providing sound, realistic strategies for accomplishing measurable results and building IT excellence within an organization
- Continual learning about technology trends, enabling her to discern substance from hype in advising her clients in their unique situations

- Executive Board member for the Lourdes Foundation of Our Lady of Lourdes (OLLH), representing several hospitals in South Jersey and part of Catholic Health System East.

- Rutgers’ Business Outlook panel participant for Comcast cable telecast
- Keynote speaker to the Business Graduation class in 2001
- Active member of the Philadelphia chapter of Society of Information Management (SIM):
